What to Expect
The marshes & coast outside New Orleans provide some of the best hunting & fishing South Louisiana has to offer.
When we’re targeting inshore species like redfish, trout, sheepshead, flounder or drum, we launch out of Delacroix which is a short drive from New Orleans.
We’ll explore the marshes and nearshore areas depending on the time of year and the weather.
When possible, we’ll use live bait but artificial bait also works.
When we’re targeting snapper, we leave out of Hopedale, which is again just a short drive from New Orleans. Then we spend the day fishing rigs and bottom structures, hauling in tasty, hard-fighting red snapper.
We also offer duck hunting in season, leaving from Delacroix.
